Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClaudeFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

ClaudeFlow is operated by Avo Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of our website, digital products, templates, playbooks, and all related services.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ClaudeFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and any digital products you purchase.

The license granted is for your personal or internal business use only. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the Service or any digital products for commercial purposes beyond your own use without our prior written consent.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any portion of the Service or digital products to third parties
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Service
  • Use the Service or any product in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service or products
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ClaudeFlow, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Service or any of its content. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools, subject to any underlying third-party licenses (such as Anthropic's Claude usage policies).

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee any specific results from using our templates, playbooks, or tools. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAUDEFLOW, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ClaudeFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClaudeFlow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
