License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of ClaudeFlow digital products, including templates, skill files, playbooks, agent configurations, and other downloadable assets ("Products"). By purchasing or downloading any Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

ClaudeFlow grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

  • Use the Products for your personal or internal business projects
  • Modify and adapt the Products to suit your specific needs
  • Create derivative works for your own use
  • Use the Products across multiple projects you personally work on

2. Permitted Use

Each license purchase entitles a single individual user ("Licensee") to use the Products. For team or organization-wide use, please contact us for multi-seat or organization licenses.

✓ You may:

  • Use Products in unlimited personal and client projects
  • Modify templates and configurations for your projects
  • Keep Products after cancellation or purchase

3. Restrictions

✗ You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products to third parties
  • Share, gift, or transfer your license to another individual
  • Include Products in any publicly distributed template pack, marketplace listing, or open-source project without written permission
  • Remove copyright notices, license headers, or attribution comments from Product files
  • Use Products to create a competing product or service

4. Updates and New Versions

Purchased Products include all updates released within the same major version. We aim to provide updates for at least 12 months from the date of initial purchase.

Major version upgrades (e.g., v1.x → v2.x) may require a new purchase or upgrade fee. Where applicable, existing customers will receive preferential pricing.

5. Support

Each Product purchase includes 90 days of email support for questions related to setup, configuration, and intended use of the Product. Support is provided on a best-effort basis within 2 business days.

Support does not cover customization beyond the scope of the Product, integration with third-party tools not documented in the Product, or general Claude / AI coding assistance.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all sales are final once a Product has been downloaded or access credentials delivered. We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

  • The Product was significantly different from its description at time of purchase
  • The Product contains a critical defect that we are unable to fix within 14 business days of your report
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error

To request a refund, contact us at support@claudeflow.so within 14 days of your purchase date with your order details.

7. Intellectual Property

ClaudeFlow retains all intellectual property rights in the Products. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The Products are licensed, not sold. All copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights in and to the Products remain with ClaudeFlow.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination of this license, you shall cease all use and destroy all copies of the Products in your possession.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CLAUDEFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
